I'm Alice. I've spent the last decade working in — and with — startups, on all things brand. I specialise in agile design services for climate focused organisations.

I started out working in-house, as the first hire in startups from e-commerce to health-tech, building brands and scaling marketing from the ground up. Now, I dedicate that expertise to founders in the climate space, using design to nudge behaviour change, influence policies, and drive meaningful climate action.

I work with a range of organisations in climate-tech and energy research, where I offer both hands-on design support and sector-wide strategic insight.
